Questions About the Exchange Program?
If you have floor space to install the new Siconnex tool first, there is effectively zero downtime. Your old tool runs until the new one is fully qualified. If the new tool must replace the old one in the exact same footprint, downtime typically ranges from 5 to 12 weeks depending on facility specifics.
The only requirement is that you are exchanging an existing batch spray tool. We accept equipment in any condition and from any manufacturer, not just Siconnex.
No. Siconnex provides a fully seamless exchange. We handle the decontamination, manage the transport, and take care of all necessary formalities.
You can still trade it in. We assess the tool based on its base components and market value, offering a discount on your new purchase regardless of the tool’s current operational status.
Process transfer is critical. Our process engineers work closely with your team and can utilize our in-house lab to ensure your existing recipes run perfectly on the new Siconnex tool before full integration.
